The Second Annual Event Set for July 2025
The PINEYS are the NORTH CAROLINA SPORTS AWARDS, and make their return to the BOLD NORTH STATE this July as the annual year-end celebration of the North Carolina Sports Network’s (@TheNCSportsNet) broadcast year.
The PINEYS include awards in five (5) categories:
ATHLETE OF THE YEAR, presented by NC Pork
Nominate an ATHLETE, from any level. High School, College, Pro, Amateur
COACH OF THE YEAR, presented by STIFEL | The Founders Group
Nominate a COACH, from any level. High School, College, Pro, Amateur
TEAM OF THE YEAR, presented by Atlantic Tire & Service
Nominate a TEAM, from any level. High School, College, Pro, Amateur
EVENT OF THE YEAR, presented by NC BY TRAIN
Nominate an EVENT, from any level. High School, College, Pro, Amateur
MOMENT OF THE YEAR, presented by brentwood
Nominate any sporting moment that you feel was the best that took place in North Carolina
